Here’s the long version of how I learned to cook wood-fired pizza.

A look back, about 10 years ago, when I first started cooking with wood. It was an orphan oven from a restaurant in downtown Columbus, and I made many pizzas (and leaned the craft) with this oven. Many good friends were made around this oven, and I shall treasure those memories always.
